Abstract
The article intends to offer a review of some older discoveries from Lunca, Galaţi County. It aims at making widely known to the scientific world some aspects of Basarabi phenomenon which, so far, have only been briefly mentioned in the speciality literature. The author, through his investigations of the materials belonging to the collections of the History Museum of Galaţi, found some new data regarding these discoveries, analysed them and made them available to the researchers.

Rezumat
Această notă informativă se doreşte a fi o scurtă trecere în revistă a descoperirilor de la Lunca, şi totodată, o introducere în circuitul ştiinţific a unor descoperiri mai vechi aparţinând fenomenului Basarabi, care până acum erau doar menţionate sau discutate. Meritul autorului este acela de a căuta în arhiva muzeului de Istorie Galaţi noi date despre aceste descoperiri, de a le analiza, de a reprezenta grafic recipientele şi de a le pune la dispoziţia cercetătorilor.
